Susan Zadeh
Podiatrist
Availability: Tuesday and Saturday
Susan graduated in 1995 and has completed a graduate diploma in Health Science (Podiatry) in 2005 with a main focus on sports podiatry and wound management.
She has been working in private practice for the last 15 years and has a keen interest in diabetic foot care, orthotic therapy and acupuncture. Over the years she has worked in a number of clinical settings including public hospitals, community health centres, nursing homes as well as rural settings.
Hiral Patel
Physiotherapist
Availability: Tuesday and Friday 9.00am – 2.00pm
Hiral has over 13 years of Musculoskeletal private practice experience in ANZ. Hiral studied physiotherapy at AUT University in Auckland, NZ. She received 2 prestigious awards for her research on ACL rehab, along with the research published in NZ journal of Physiotherapy. She graduated in March 2007 and started work straight into a private practice. She worked for over 4 years in Auckland. She migrated to Adelaide in 2010, and worked for over 5 years at North East Modbury Medical and Dental Centre. She is practising at Springbank Medical Centre since over 3 years.
Hiral is also a Mckenzie Method credentialed therapist, and very good with mechanical assessment as well as treatment skills. Rosita Pakrou-Farmer
Dietitian – Fresh Nutrition
Availability: Fortnightly Wednesday 9am – 2pm
Rosita is an accredited Practising Dietitian with a masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University.
She is passionate about using the Fresh Nutrition ‘non-dieting’ approach toward healthy weight management with patients. She focuses on nourishing and fostering health habits of any body shape and size including practicing self-care and mindfulness when it comes to food.
Coming from a backgroud of Persian (fluent in Persian and Dari) she understands the importance of cultural food preferences and practices.
Zakiyyah Muhammad
Psychotherapist
Availability: First Saturday of the month 9am – 4pm
Zakiyyah is able to offer a range of qualified Psychotherapists and Social Work services as a means of offering you a range of holistic supportive services.
