Springbank Medical Centre provides a comprehensive telehealth program. This allows Patients to book online over the phone telehealth consultations fully equipped with pathology prescriptions and referrals. This is all done and the convenience of your own home, Office, and or Car. Multiple platforms are available for use with end encryption guaranteeing the privacy of the conversation.

If a patient does not wish to have their video on, they simply can switch off the video camera whilst conducting the consultation. Should the consultation proceed in a manner that warrants, visualisation of skin lesions or injuries then the practitioner would request permission from the patient to Switch on the video.

The Telehealth consultations are a guaranteed on-the-day booking, to allow for this flexibility, we aim to see all patients within 4hrs of the booking being made. Please let reception know if you have an urgent matter. Better consult surveys are sent to enrich the consult. Please ensure these are filled prior to your consultation.
